The Parque Peñalver is a public park located in the city of Valencia, in the state of Carabobo, Venezuela. It is open daily from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and admission is free. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an official website for the park.

The park has several attractions, including a lake where visitors can rent paddle boats, a playground for children, and a small zoo with animals such as monkeys, birds, and deer. There are also several walking trails and picnic areas.

In the surrounding area, visitors can also check out the nearby Valencia Aquarium, which is open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and has an admission fee of around $3 USD. Additionally, the Valencia Museum of Art is also nearby and offers free admission on Tuesdays through Sundays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
